At Urgent Care of Kansas, everything is designed around your comfort and convenience. With on-¬site X-ray, skilled providers, and radiologist on call, we are equipped to diagnose and possibly treat broken bones. If your condition requires a specialist, we will be sure to send a referral out and make an appointment.
We accept most major insurance but for those who do not have insurance, our simple self-pay pricing will go easy on the pocketbook.
Urgent Care of Kansas also offers sports physicals for school aged children for $45. If you don’t have your school’s physical form, click here to access sports physical forms for most Gardner school districts. Just walk-in and we’ll take care of the rest!

Dr. Rashid has been a practicing emergency medicine physician for the past seven years. He has worked in more than 18 emergency departments, from small rural centers to major Metropolitan trauma centers. He has extensive experience in emergency Medicine. He has taught medical students in emergency medicine for more than six years. Dr. Rashid is trained in advanced emergency medical procedures and is proficient in ultrasonography. Dr. Rashid is also trained as a family physician and was chief resident of his residency. Combining the two, Dr. Rashid can provide both emergency care as well as long-term and preventative care. He is able to take care of all ages including newborns to geriatric patients. Dr. Rashid is board certified, and is willing to take care of you and your family for any complaints.

Just bring your primary insurance card, secondary insurance card (if you have one) and the policyholder’s name, date of birth and social security number. Wonderful staff! Went in with my 2 month old and they treated me and him with the upmost care. Line moved very fast and they were extremely patient with the influx of people. I never felt rushed out of there. Highly recommend!
Always a good experience here. I went in with a horrible sore throat thinking it was infected. Dr Rasha is a gangsta. All he had me do was pop my ears and take Zyrtec. Woke up the next day back to normal! Yayy. Pretty smart dude. Hes also great with the kids. Will always go here. The olathe urgent cares in olathe are so negligent and he always has a solution. Thanks again!
The care I got from Dr. Rashid was beyond belief. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was next to zero and that too for not having scheduled an appointment. He went and COVID tested me to make sure to rule that out. Also, got the COVID Vaccine. The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care. Thank you

This time that I went it was a little different it was an extremely long wait but it wasn’t their fault, there are tons of people waiting and they’re very very busy. The nurse practitioner Edward did a great job taking care of me when I had some medical issues come up. I'm in good health and a very very rarely see a doctor and he was very thorough and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.
We were visiting from out of state and our daughter broke her ankle. So glad we came here! The doctor was amazing, and all of the staff was kind and caring. If you ever need urgent care, I highly recommend to come here!
The Doctor is very caring and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to explain my condition to me and was not rushing me out the door. The clinic was brand new which I liked. Everything was super clean and smelled good. Would highly recommend this place !
I have to say I am extremely pleased with this office. The doctor actually cares about his patients. He got my sick son in right away so I didn't have to drive all over town on a Monday night even though I had insurance questions. It is such a relief to know I have someone I can trust here in Gardner!
